I'm Halan Curtt, an independent performance marketing specialist based in Leipzig. Before moving to Germany I ran digital marketing projects in Brazil through HBS Strategic Solutions. Today I'm building my practice in Germany and Europe — and I still work with contacts and projects I brought from Brazil.
What shaped my work: operating in two very different markets — the Brazilian and the German — showed me how much buying behaviour, platforms and budgets differ between regions. That experience feeds every project, especially when campaigns, languages or audiences cross borders.
How I work: I look at the numbers before I recommend anything. I focus budget and effort on what is likely to have the greatest impact — and say honestly when something isn't worth it. When a project needs skills outside my core, I bring in external specialists and coordinate the work.
