Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains the type, scope and purpose of personal data processing in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation / DSGVO).

1. Controller

Halan Jonatan Tomaz Carlos Arruda T C Silva, Leipzig · contato@halancurtt.de. Full address: see Legal Notice.

2. Contact form & email

When you contact me via the contact form or by email, the data you provide (name, email, company, website, goal and message, as applicable) is processed solely to handle your inquiry (Art. 6 (1) lit. b and f GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer needed for its purpose and no statutory retention obligation applies.

3. Email delivery

Confirmations and notifications are sent by email via Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, sender contato@halancurtt.de). Your contact data is transmitted to Brevo to the extent necessary for delivery. Brevo processes data in accordance with its privacy policy.

4. WhatsApp

The website contains a link to WhatsApp. Only when you actively click the link are you redirected to the external service (WhatsApp/Meta); no WhatsApp widgets or trackers are loaded beforehand. Data processing on that service is governed by the WhatsApp/Meta privacy policy.

5. Hosting & server logs

The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Deutschland). When you access the site, technically necessary server log data is recorded (IP address, timestamp, requested resource, user agent) to ensure secure and stable operation. These logs are stored only for the technically required period and are not merged with other data — Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

6. Audience measurement (first-party)

This website does not integrate any external trackers, advertising services, analytics tools, maps, captchas or third-party fonts. To improve the service, I record lightweight first-party events (service/pricing page views, contact button clicks, form events) exclusively on my own server, without raw IP addresses and without sharing with third parties.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 15–21, 77 GDPR).
